Established
in 1864, the Prince of Wales Hotel is one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s
most historic landmarks. Situated on the town’s main street and
awarded the CAA/AAA Four Diamond Award in both accommodation and dining,
the Prince of Wales offers 112 elegant rooms, all retaining the charm
of their Victorian origins. Traditional and deluxe guestrooms are available

The hotel’s
casually gracious Escabeche restaurant is comfortable, relaxing and
wrapped in a wine flare atmosphere. The Prince’s recipes are created
with Niagara wines and fresh, daily picked local farm ingredients for
a memorable dining experience. The menu is a selection of regional and
multi-continental cuisines including classic Italian, Californian, Mediterranean
and French dishes. Each dish will delight your eye… and your tastebuds.
Our guests are invited to pair each course with wine from the extensive
collection in our wine cellar. For families, we have designed a special
