Stemming from the Niagara Region, with 10 years fine dining experience in French, Thai, Italian, Southern and Spanish Cuisine and voted Chef Of the Year in his 2 consecutive years of culinary school (2000 & 2001).

Chef James loves to blend flavours and colors to create not only fabulous tasting dishes but art. Specialising in gluten free products, Chef is happy to meet all of your allergenic or special needs.
