The Heat is on Catering is a company lead by award winning professional Chef James Cuttriss. Stemming from the Niagara Region, with 10 years fine dining experience in French, Thai, Italian, Southern and Spanish Cuisine and voted Chef Of the Year in his 2 consecutive years of culinary school (2000 & 2001), Chef James loves to blend flavours and colors to create not only fabulous tasting dishes but art. Specialising in gluten free products, Chef is happy to meet all of your allergenic or special needs. Enjoy the perfect wedding with the perfect wedding cake, custom creations or chosen from our gallery, to make your day that much more memorable.

The Chef's Table:

An in home dining experience exclusively paired with wines from the Niagara Region by Sommollier Jennifer Wilhelm, from 4 guests+.

How it begins:

Chef James Cuttriss will conduct a free consultation to design a menu from the listed events to suit your tastes or dietary needs.

On the date:

After an event and date have been decided on, Chef James, or one of his qualified Chefs, will come to the designated home and present you and your guests with his culinary magic and artful presentation.

Chef supplies all cutlery, dishes and cooking equipment for event.

Upon completion your kitchen is cleaned and left with the aroma of fresh home cooking.

The Heat Is On Catering is the exclusive caterer to Honsberger Estate, offering catering facilities for up to 130 guests. Built in 1895, Honsberger estate will cast a spell on not only you and your groom, but your guests as well. We feel confident we can provide the right package for you.
