Queen’s Landing Inn & Conference Resort is a

Elegant Georgian pillars support a magnificent stained glass ceiling
and exquisite displays of fresh flowers abound. Executive Chef, Stephen
Treadwell creates a fusion of contemporary French cuisine with the bounty
of fresh produce that only Niagara can offer. Chef Treadwell partners
with Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Wyndym Farm and incorporates their heirloom
and international vegetable varieties into his ‘ New Niagara Cuisine’.
Tiara’s specialties include foie gras terrine with Concord grape
jus, truffle dusted Provimi sweetbreads with Niagara Pancetta and preserved
quince in cardamom froth and Niagara peach preserves with vanilla bean
and lime butter.
Sample delicious Niagara wine and our famous barbecue around the bubbling
water fountain in our outdoor patio rose garden while enjoying the view
of the Niagara Harbour.
